Delivery Times

1 – Delivery areas: We deliver our products throughout the United States, as well as internationally.

2 – Delivery Times : We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

3 – Shipping costs : Shipping is free for all orders in the United States.

4 – Package tracking:  All our shipments include a tracking number that we
will share with you as soon as it is available. This will allow you to follow the progress
of your package until its delivery.

5 – Delivery method: All our deliveries are made to your home free of charge in the United States via a private carrier chosen by us.

6- Possible Delays:  Although we strive to meet the
announced delivery times, delays may sometimes occur due to circumstances
beyond our control, such as
adverse weather conditions, logistical problems, or customs delays. If a
significant delay occurs, we will inform you promptly and do our best
to resolve the situation.

7 – Delivery Address  : Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate delivery address
when ordering to avoid any delivery issues.

8 – International Shipping  : For international orders, please note
that import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees
may be charged by your country's customs authorities. These fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in Maelow
's shipping costs .
